Arkādijs Zvaigzne

Arkādijs Zvaigzne is a Research Assistant for the IRHE and an MSEd in Higher Education student at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. He has previous experience in higher education policy and administration in the European context. Arkādijs is interested in using mixed methods to research and improve college access, inform college choice and financing of higher education.
